What is the Fee for UHS degree online application?

At present, Fee for UHS degree is PKR 5000/-. 

Important Instruction for apply online:

You need a good scanner which can Scan your documents in a readable form. Please enter your data very carefully because any mistake can cost you time and money along with mental torture because once online application submitted for the Degree, then it cannot be edited anymore.

Lets start what scanned documents are required to apply for uhs MBBS degree / BDS Degree or any program offered by UHS at undergraduate level, post graduate or m.phil level.

• CNIC / Passport Copy
• Matric Certificate or Equivalent.
• Intermediate Certificate or Equivalent.
• Provisional Certificate  issued by your institution.
• DMCs (Detailed Marks Certificates) of all professional year.
• For foreign Medical Graduates, PMDC/ PMC Certificate. 
• Fee challan form after Payment of 5000/-.

For Post Graduation or M.Phil in Physiotherapy, Nursing or MHPE Students etc & Ph.D scholars:

• Graduation Degree if you are a post graduate Student at UHS.
• Thesis Passing Certificate  for all M. Phil/ MHPE/ TDPT students
• Certificate for Free Clearance only for MHPE students.
• For Ph.D degree you need to provide Postgraduate degree.
• Fee challan form after Payment of 5000/-.

Important Notice for M.Phil Students who want to apply online for UHS Degree:

You are requested to submit an application to the In-charge Degree Cell with the Subject containing the correct name of your course or discipline. This application should be signed and stamped by your Head of the department. You need to upload this application along with other documents when you online apply for the degree.

If you are enrolled in an affiliated institute, you need to apply online with this letter, which should be attested and signed by your college principal. To download this application letter Click Here
