- Step -1 Required documents to apply online for UOS admissions are as follows:
- Photograph,
- A mobile phone,
- An Email,
- CNIC copy of candidate
- CNIC copy of his/her father
- Copies of all testimonials and Academic certificates.
- Step-2 Registration on www.admissions.su.edu.pk
Create your account with your registered mobile number on the website. Admission Portal University of Saroghda looks like below.
- Step-3 Submission of challan form Fee
When you will complete the application form. A challan form as application processing fee worth Rs. 550 will be generated which can be deposited in any branch of HBL in your city.
You will need to attach the scan copy of this deposited challan in the online application portal of https://www.admissions.su.edu.pk or https://admissions.su.edu.pk/register
- Step-4 submissions of Application form
Please fill the online application for of UOS online admission carefully with uploading all the details.
- Step-5 Submission of documents and fee for confirmation of admission
- At the time of admissions the candidates will be required to submit their original terminal degree/DMC, application form, copies of all academic testimonials, CNIC (applicant + father/guardian) and an affidavit Rs. 50
- The related department will issue enrolment fee challan form. After depositing challan, in any HBL branch the departmental copy of this challan is necessary to be submitted in related department within the date mentioned on challan forms for approval of admission/enrolment.

For PharmD:
FSc (Pre-medical) with minimum
60% marks or equivalent
For DPT and all BS AHS programs At least
60% marks in FSc (Pre- Medical)
Foreign Overseas Beats:
Foreign/Overseas candidates who have qualified FSc (Pre-Medical) or equivalent from any country under Pakistani or Foreign Education system with the major science subjects out of which Biology and Chemistry are eligible to apply for these seats. In case of qualification from any Foreign education System HEC equivalence Certificate will be compulsory.
